When the arena opened in June, The Arena Is Open laid out the ways in: upload a bot, connect a remote one, or customize a starter bot without writing code. You've used it since.
What's the one thing you'd change first? Small things count.

Would be cool if we could have custom images for the bots, but it might also be a problem with people putting inappropriate stuff. Or atleast have a bit more customisability for the icons, like changing colour, etc.

You correctly identified the reason why I didn't allow adding any pic you want as a bot's image - too much potential for abuse. How about if instead I put in place a way for users to submit images in the required size and dimensions for use as a bot pic - they will go through a review process and if approved - will be available to use as a bot pic (either for the submitter only, or as a permanent addition to the set users can select a pic from) ? As long as the amount of such submissions isn't too large can be done manually, and if in the future demand for this is very large - maybe make into a premium feature/ability.

This sounds better then not being able to change at all!

No problem, it's on the roadmap now. I'll post here when there's something to try.
