Add a proper forum or DM system

It would be nice if, instead of a forum, there was a way to just have an ongoing chat channel, similar to discord or slack (just creating a discord for this site works too). Also, having a DM system would be nice, as it would allow participants to coordinate bot tests, making it easier to get people to accept challenges.
